I am going to start a sole proprietary business of providing various services like cleaning, drying, interior designing, decorating etc for which I require some machineries as inputs.
So, please tell me what kind of registrations do I need? Is it GST registration or registration under Shop and Establishment Act or MSME registration?

Yes registration under shop act is required. GST Registration wud also be required if you are selling services to registere tax payer, as he wud require tax invoice to claim ITC. Registration for payment of profession tax wud also be required.
