(I have the Practice Manual of Jan,2015 edition and Munish Bhandar also of Jan.2015 edition)

Can i continue with the Practice Manual of JaN 2015 Edition ?
Atleast someone plz reply whether Ch. 7 to Ch. 10 of Law Practice Manual will be the same,
i.e. whether those 4 Chapters will be based on the 1956 wala Act?
ALMOST SAME IN CASE OF LAW ,,FOR AUDIT , COST AUDIT N CARO HAS CHANGED......

or 2013 Act
Ch.7 - Compromises, Arrangements & Amalgamations
Ch.8 - Prevention & Oppressn of Mngmt
Ch.9 - Winding Up
Ch.10 - Producer Companies

the above chapters are applicable for nov 15 exam as per companies act 1956
