Yes... The Kryana shop Assessee can opt presumptive taxation scheme and he can file ITR 4 u/s 44ad...
if you directly offering 8% agreed profit than itr 4
and if you are comparing actual profit with agreed profit of 8% and offering whichever is higher then itr 3
and if you are comparing actual profit with agreed profit of 8% and offering whichever is higher then itr 3
