1. APPLY FOR NAME VIA RUN FACILITY ON MCA SITE
2. FILE FORM SPICE WITH ROC WITH REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
3. AT TIME OF FILLING YOU SEE THERE WILL BE NO FEES FOR FORM SPICE
