THERE IS NO SUCH PROCESS.

1. APPLY FOR NAME VIA RUN FACILITY ON MCA SITE

2. FILE FORM SPICE WITH ROC WITH REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

3. AT TIME OF FILLING YOU SEE THERE WILL BE NO FEES FOR FORM SPICE

Dear sir please guide me at the time filing the spice form what will be the attachment and kindly explain attachment should be notarised or not.

Authorised Capital of the Company shouldn't exceed ₹ 10 Lakhs.
