What is this investment banking

Investment banking is what Investment Banker does. They are people who are dominant in the area of raising capital from different sources like seed capital, venture capital, Private equity, Debt market and Equity market. Besides that IB also provide services on trading activities (forex and derivative trading), debt restructuring, securitisation and very important providing advisory services on Merger and Acquisition (M&A). 

Gloabally IB role are being ruled by MBA from top business school but its no way restricting CA to enter and break that monopoly.
