What is the use of online exam application form??

I HAD FILLED UP ONLINE APPLICATION FORM BUT FORGOTTEN TO TAKE PRINTOUT. NOW THERE IS NO OPTION TO TAKE PRINTOUT OF FILLEDUP APPLICATION FORM.

samething happened with my friend, she sent fresh application by post, and her application was accepted, she wrote her exams,

so I think, you too can send a fresh application by post or submit at near RC or chapter offices, as We cant give same regn number twice in online exam form, 

how can it be so yar. i think payment is allowable through online mode like atm, credit card etc.

@ amit This is what surprises me,
They ask for DD no. in the online exam form!!!!
hope, Anyone who applied thru' online will clear this doubt..

Dear All,

My friend is facing some issue in submitting the online examination form for Foundation Dec 2011 exams.

Anybody has the link to download the exam form so that he can fill and send  the form to Kolkatta with late payment fees..
