What is the procedure to change the TIN From Partnership

this is not possible as both are separate entity.you can not switch the TIN, however you have to apply afresh in the name of propritership name.

• step1. dissolve partnership by registered deed.
• step 2. get the same effected / changed in Trade Licence ( certificate of enlistment) 
• step 3. get the same effected / changed in bank accounts / profession tax enrollment. 
• step 4. apply to your STO, with changed documents copy and balance sheet upto the date of retirement of old partners. 
• The STO will de-register your TIN in old style and re-register the same number in proprietory style. subject to the additional documents / clarification needed for safeguard of revenue. 
• Old Pan no will be revmoved from the TIN and personal PAN no of Proprietor  will take effect in new TIN.
