Already company AOA Is there as per Companies Act 1956 now company wants to adopt AOA as per Companies Act 2013 what is the procedure and which forms we should file with MCA

Hold Board Meeting, get approval to adopt new set of MOA AOA and fix time,date and venue for EGM.

Hold EGM and pass Special Resolution for the adoption of new MOA AOA.

File Form MGT 14 and attach copy of notice and resolution and New MOA AOA as attachment.
