The deductions under chapter VIA are divided into three catergories-
Chapter VIA - Part B - Deductions in respect of certain payments
Chapter VIA - Part C - Deductions in respect of certain incomes
Chapter VIA - Pard D - Other Deductions
Many of the above deductions are to be arrived at depedning on the income and payments and in respect of deductions in Part D on fulfilling certain conditions by the assessee. Hence it is not possible to quantify the limit or ceiling of the deductions under Chapter VIA.
