What is the latest procedure to apply for din

Dear Amit,

Applicant require to make application for allotment of DIN in form DIR 3 under section 153 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.

ROC fee is Rs.500/-

Latest photograph of the applicant in JPEG format should be attached to DIR 3

Occupation and Educational qualification of applicant need to insert in DIR 3

Applicant should have minimum 18 years of age while applying for application for the DIN

Applicant should obtain DSC before applying for DIN to affix his DSC to DIR 3

In case of indian nationals, Income tax PAN is a mandatory requirement for proof of identity 

Prooof of residence of applicant like passport, election card and ration card, driving license, electricity bill, telephone bill or aadhaar,in case of indian applicant, documents should not be older than 2 months from the date of filing of the eform

Copy of verification by th eapplicant as per eform no. DIR 4, should be taken print on Rs. 20 stamp paper and notarised.
