What is the last date of challan payment for tds

For any deduction in March 2014, be it 31st or any other date, the due date is 30th April.

Please correct me If I am wrong :

Due date for submission of tax remittance into bank ( to IT authority) is 7th  of the following month of the tax deduction other than March. For march it is 30th april.

For example: If Tax deducted on 15.01.2014 then due date for remittance is on or before 07.02.2014. But for March deductions it is on or before 30th April of the same year. This is only for March month deductions.

Am I right?
