What is the criteria for receiving ICAI student journal??
They said, it is just for student who is pursuing articleship and not for a student who had completed its articleship but registered for final.

Yes that is correct. Only those undergoing articleship are entitled to Students Journal.
you can download from ICAI site
Is there is any official pdf describing the same. Because in this way a student of CA Final is not eligible for journal, means a student of Final is not a student!
