What is the difference btwn transfer & secondment?

In today's time transfers are allowed only in case of few exceptions. So students work on secondment basis. Under secondment, you will be registered with your own CA & he will allow you to work with some other CA. For this institute has one form which the student needs to submit with the institute. Minimum period for secondment is 4 months & maximum period is 1 year.
Who will give the stipendr in the secondment ???
THE OTHER C.A. WILL PAY TO YOUR INITIAL PRINCIPAL(C.A) AND THEN HE WILL PAY TO YOU.
