First you have to have a TAN to File your TDS returns of organization...Yes Its mandatory if you are deducted and deposited Taxes..
Currently you can file the returns with TIN Facilitation Centres or online using Digital Signature (for advanced Users)..
You have to use a Software to generate desired Files for Upload of returns...

Filing TDS return is mandatory if you have deducted tax. File quarterly retuns and file a revision return if there are errors in quarterly returns.
