Please explain me what is mean by Tax Filling or Filing income tax returns.
Bank is asking me for Tax return filing for 2012-2013. So excactly what i've to do.

In simple terms, it means you declare all the income you have earned in a year in a prescribed format called Income Tax Return (ITR) to the Government and also pay taxes if due based on your quantum of income.
Contact a Chartered Accountant or Tax Practioner who will help with the details as well as filing the Income Tax Return.
