Can anyone let me know what is Orientation Programme ? Do we need to bring Certificates (or Copies of them) and resume for attending orientation programme?

Orientation Programme is to train you how to face the interview. Certificates are not required. bt take resume with you as you wil be suggested hw a resume should look like. they will also discuss abt wat r the common small points canditates will miss which wil have great impact on selection. It will be of great help to u while facing interview.
