As per companies act ,Director who is attending meeting through electronic mode, then at the time of inception of meeting & vote on any resolution , Chairman or CS(If authd), shall do Roll call ,In which every director who is attending through E-mode will speaks his Name, Confirmation about receiving notice, agenda, note on agenda(only at time of inception) , Consent to sign stat register (only at time of inception) & confirmation that no other person (except allowed in deserving case) have access to such place from where director is participating in meeting.....
