Yes you can.  There is no such restriction by law.

if manufactured goods and trading goods are identical, then avoid trading from manufacturing premises, otherwise department will book the trading stock under manufacturing and duty liability will arise.

however for trading goods, you have to maintain seperate storage space and stock registers to distinguish that trading stock is not mixed up with manufacturing stock.

We are manufacturer and also want to traders . our manufacturing product is excisable.Can i trading with the same
