I want to know what is the tariff classification for fireproof ready made garments made out of knitted fabrics falling under chapter 60 of the central excise tariff. Whether they are chargeable to central excise duty as ready made garments which are brought under central excise levy as per Budget 2011. These garments are worn by firemen and saftymen.
