what do u mean by excess leave.if my articleship end on 26th july 2010 and till 15th november 2009 my total leave is some 5 and half months.then whatis the number of excess leave that i have taken...................

Hi mayank, Suppose u work for 5 days and one holiday, it means u hav worked for 6 days so u will be allowed 1/6 i.e 1 extra day as leave.
1/6 of total no of Working Days including holidays is allowed as leave during the articlship. leave taken in excess of that will be termed "Excess Leave" and u hav to continue ur articleship for such excess no. of days taken as leave..
