Dear Sir,
While filing MCA21 form No. 66 there was an error message for MCA21 that the Director is not authorised to sign this form. While going through the List of Sgnatories provided by MCA I found that DSC of the Director was expired on 11/11/2010. I would like to know what is the procedure for validating the DSC and What is DSC means?

take new digital signature....register new dsc on MCA21 portal with Director's DIN...then affix digital signature on form.
You should first register your DSC on MCA21 site(If your DSC's are not expired).
Then only you are allowed to submit the form.

Take a new dsc and go to following link
https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/Rolecheck.html
select Director and fill the details, then you can register the dsc.

You will have to do the following: (Step Wise)
1. Obtain New Digital Signature for the director.
2. Go to MCA21 site and click on "SERVICES" --> "Register Digital Signature"
3. Provide the DIN and other details marked as "*"
4. Select the new Dital Signature.
5. Check the whether the same has been updated or not via "View Signatory Details"
As above persons said that DSC means Digital Signature Certificate, I would like to help u out in this matter.
First of all DSC means signature of a authorized person in signing the valuable document digitally.
More, as DSC has been expired u can validate it by reaching to the C.A. (Certified Authority).
If u hav DSC in pendrive form then it will be in the box on which the infomation, email ID and contact information will be given. Also u can v alidate it through email..
