The employer pay salary to an employee on 05/01/2010. what is the date of tds deduction in this case?

Dear Suresh,
TDS in case of Salary is to be deducted at the time of payment and has to be deposited within 7 days from the end of the month in which deduction is made...
So in this case date of deduction would be 05/01/2010 & time limit for deposit would be 07.02.2010
