Yes a person can take different GST number for different business verticles
Ya u can bust early it was there vertical concept but now it made amendment in 2019 done away from definition just made as amendment different places of business in within state person can take gst registeraton that to option it's not a Maditory
Business vertical has been removed, removal's effect is that now within state you have a options to take separate registration for each branch or stay with 1 Registeration for all branches within that State
Where there is commodity is same for these registration.. multiple registration within state .. possible
