Ok here i am in a great confusion.
What does 1 billion mean in general sense?
I have asked many but what i got is:
In large scale 1 billion= 10^12
In small scale it is= 10^9
How to judge which scale is used by the writer?
or whst is generally interpreted when 1 say a billion.
