What I feel is that this is Form No. DIN-1. Are you applying DIN for yourself? But you said you are already director of a company?
Anyway, Form DIN-1 is required to be digitally signed by either a CA or CS or CWA (in whole time practice) or by a CS who is a member of the ICSI, in whole time employment of an existing company where you intend to be appointed as director.

To become a director of a company, first of all you have obtain DIN by filing e-form DIN 1.

I mean how to get signature of CA and much it cost? Can you do that I will pay you for that? or anyone you know that can do it.
And on MCA21 site there I got " Processing of e Form DIN 1
In case, DIN 1 gets certified by the professional ( i.e. CA/ CS/ CWA in whole time practise), the DIN will be approved by the system immediately online(in case it is not potential duplicate). In case of signing by any other signatory (i.e. director/ Managing Director/ secretary of the company with which applicant is to be associated), the MCA DIN cell will examine the e Form DIN 1 and same shall be disposed of within one or two days." It means that another one also can esign it. Please correct me if I am wrong.I do not want to mess with CA coz all CA are same.They always open his/her big mouth.

DIN 1 can be digitally signed by any one of the below:
1. CA in whole time practise
2. CS in whole time practise
3. CWA in whole time practise
4. Secretary (who is member of ICSI) of the company where you intend to be appointed as director.
If you get the sign of any person mentioned in 1 to 3, the attached supporting documents should be self attested by you. In that case, it would be immediately approved by the system online.
If you get the sign of person mentioned in 4, the supporting documents attached shall be either self attested by the applicant or duly attested by either Public Notary or a Gazette Officer of a Government.In that case, the MCA DIN cell will examine the form and the same shall be disposed of within one or two days.
You can contact any of the person mentioned in 1 to 4 and get their digital signature. The fees charged by professionals vary from case to case. If you are from Kolkata, I can suggest you someone.
