I am a Delhi based seller and sell a 20 desktop to Army in Jammu and Kashmir but delivered tha goods to Army base in Delhi. I a have applied Bill to shipped to model in creating an invoice and charged IGST. is it right or should I have to charged other than IGST?

If you have bill to Army base in Delhi then you should charged CGST and SGST
Yes it is correct, IGST should be charged if Billing address is J & K
Under Bill to ship to. Always rely on Bill to GST number and discharge taxes. since the bill to is interstate party. pls proceed with IGST.

GST has been applicable to whole India on 1/7/2019 & Same being " The Central Goods & . Service Tax Act 2017 " effective in Jammu. & Kashmir (Extention to Jammu Kashmir ) 26 of 2017 On 8/7/2017 by the Ordinance No. 3/2017
So it's being applied from 8/7/2017
