Success has within it some failure markings. Those who had the most shots in life had the most misses. All what needs to be done is to be able to turn failure into fertiliser of success. Failure is not a result, never a destination but a positive feedback of where we went wrong. A break which let us star afresh more careful.

The attitude of people all over the world is usually negative. However, I believe one of the most essential ingredients of success is failure. That is, failure is part of success irrespective of one's perspective. Human beings should learn to accommmodate some levels of failure and pick from the failure essential lessons which could reposition the person, product or the organization
