I have always wondered, what if you had the power to make changes in the CA course, what would it be?
Don't say , I wish it were easier ( then obviously it won't be as valued as its now in the world)

The only change needed is quoting of case laws in law paper.
Perhaps that is fair, however, 2 follow up questions:
1. Is there any reason you think that quoting case laws would dramatically increase the students chances to pass in the exam? ( I doubt it will !!!, but happy to be corrected)
2. Why do you think ICAI may want you to quote the case laws?
