what can I do for AY 2018-19

dear sir/madam I have filed ITR for AY 2018-19 but it was filed wrong in June 2018. now I want to revise the return but it is not possible because 31 march 2019 is gone. so what can I do now to claim my refund which is approximate 40000. please guide me. at that time form 10E has been not filed.

As such it cannot be revised now, but you may try to file rectification request.

Have you received intimation u/s. 143(1)?

Mr. Satish,

You can very well file Form 10E now through e-filing portal. Also, after filing Form 10E you can file rectification against the intimation received. However, the total income as offered in original return should remain the same.

sir, if the total income remains same and have to file rectification then what will the option to choose while filing rectification from given below.....
1.tax credit mismatch correction only.
2.return data correction (XML).
3.only reprocess the return
4.additional information for 234C
... kindly tell me the correct option to file rectification with 10E and to claim refund u/s 89.
