Mr. Bansal rightly mentioned the day of hanging as 23rd march 1931, On feb 14 1931, pandit madan mohan malviya filed an appeal before the british viceroy against the hanging of bagath singh, raj guru and sukh dev in vain. May be this could be the connection between bagath singh and 14th feb.
