Wether gst is applicable on sale of property

Hi all, 

Land owner got a individual residential house as his share from developer of property and he sold this property to X, this so called X now desire to sell this property . Please let me know whether GST is payable by X on purchase or sale and other taxes applicable to X.

No GST applicable, but stamp dury & registration charges.... (provided Mr. X is not in such commission business)

What if such property is still under construction which the landowner is sold to Mr. X , who inturn want to sell this individual residential prpwety
