What are the mandatory disclosures a private company needs to disclose on its website, if company voluntarily maintains a website?

if it has a website then u need to disclose otherwise not and it is not mandatory
no it's not mandatory of having a website by private company but if any company has website than nothing is mandatory to disclose
Private Limited Company do not mandatorily own and manage a website as confirmed by other associates here. However, when the company or other entity has a website, certain disclosures based on activities and interface is opted and recommended.
