It is 30 September and if Company cover U/S 92 E then it is 30 november.
Take reference of sec. 139 of IT Act.
Non Audit cases - 31st July
Audit cases (if there are is no transfer pricing compliance) - 30th September
Audit cases (involving transfer pricing compliance) - 30th November
Same as IT ....Read it with Section 139 if IT Act.......
