Belated return of Wealth Tax for Assessment year 2012-13, cannot be filled now. Its last date of submission was 31.03.2014.

even i am prepared to pay wealth tax with delayed charges and interest charges??? What action dept. may take for such mistake

Department will not accept any wealth tax return of AY 2012-13, now; online or offline. If sincere to file, you can directly inquire with your ITO for same.
