well one family or town or one city or one state dosen't mean the entire country is develop....
Here we our talkin of India as a whole county and not particullar of GUJARAT..
And pls dont tell about Gujarat from past 5 year i am living a hell of life here in Gujarat so dont you tell me about it..
Were most ppl even dont know the proper sepping of Gujarat...
