sir,

our claint is a automobile industry.he get a output  vat in expenses bills. then he wanted to get that tax as input claim.please advise immediately

whether cst on transfer of property in the execution of work contract in dyeing of textiles when the excise duty (A.E.D.  & B.E.D) is paid on the total job work charges which includes cost of dyes & chemicals, fuel,power.etc and profits also

I have already replied that in form these act are discontinue but all these provisions are included in new VAT ACT of every state.

i do not konw why are behind the discontinue law insead of reading new law.
