can i deposit the WCT on same challan which we use for depositing TDS or there is some diffrent challan for that. if yes kindly let me know from where i can download the same.

No you cannot use Challan 281 (TDS Challan) to pay Works Contract Tax.
You shall deposit the Works Contract Tax through Challan MTR - 6.
