Waybill extention

Dear sir,

please refer N/n 35/2020 C.T.

As per Notification 35/2020 CT :

Were, any time limit for completion or
compliance of any action, by any authority or by any Person :
which falls during the period from the 20/03/2020 to 29/6/2020 and
where completion or compliance of such action has not been made within such time, then, the time limit for completion or compliance
of such action, shall be extended upto the 30th day of June, 2020 barring few sections.

Notification No. 40/2020-Central Tax, dated 05.05.2020 issued to further Extend the validity of E-way bills till "31.05.2020" for all those E-way bills which were generated on or before 24.03.2020 and had expiry between the period from 20.03.2020 to 15.04.2020.

Hence, the validity period stands extended till "31.05.2020".
