There is a provision in all of the state laws in respect of unregistered dealer, as an seperate form is issued to them to for example - in Uttranchal Form - 11 is there, but the declaration made by the trust / society is still valid ? is it not against the state tax law ? even in past we also sent the material on such declaration.
Please guide as if such declaration is valid than why the casual trader concept is compiled by the state law ?
