Q. way bill is lost from warehoser then what is procedure to intimation to deparmnet and issue new way bill ? please also give any provision referance in rajasthan and U.P.
Q. What is procedure to rectify of C-form in Rajasthab and U.P.?
in case of way bill lost,
give details in newspaper
fill affidevit and Fir copy and submit in Tax deptt.
in case of c form rectification
the same issued c form is recticfied by the whose authorised signatory who have sign the c form. no new c form will be issued for same period.
Can we rectify Waybill form . Plz guide
