Way bill issuance

Yes, waybill can be issued to an unregistered Dealer under form no.402A.

We are dispatching our material in CKD  (Knock Down)condition to unregistered dealer in Orissa. Can he get more than one Way bill at a time or can the authority allow us to despatch the material on one way bill in four or five vehicle on different dates (photocopy of original way bill will accompany subsequent loads) Or is there any other procedure to supply goods in knock down condition in Orissa to an unregistered dealer. Pl reply asap its urgent.
