Follow your goals and not the Girls.

Never Compromise on Your Goals

Work to Learn, don’t work to earn.
2. Surround yourself with great people.
3. Be the CEO in your job, at whatever level!
4. Make time to know yourself - what are your strengths and weaknesses?
5. Innovate by developing the habit to ask questions.
6. Never compromise your aim
!

i had a lesson in my schooling,"never trust a lady",your story reminds me the same.

concentrate on ur studies 1st.rest of the things can follow later on.

Moral of the story is to be focussed on your goals. Have a long term vision.

Another lesson to be learnt is that, this was a betting game which lead to your failure in exams. Going ahead, you should ensure that you don't fall into traps of others because some of them could lead to failures in life also.

In corporate world, there are many such traps, so beware.

Agree with Manu..

I don't understand as to why you are blaming the poor girl for your failure.

Don't always beleive as to what your friends say.

He might be jealous that she ditched him for you and may be trying to create a rift between you.

You can't make responsible other for the wrong u made by not followign ur studies and instead something else...........

World is full of side-trackers. It is ultimately on the goal-seekers to avoid them...

Its not that one shouldn't indulge in relationships........but it is to be understood that everything holds, at some point of time in life, some importance more than the other equals........it means first among equals..........other things important, sometimes some things more imp. than others.....its time to stop the blame game and start moving ahead for the prudence always  prevails at the last juncture..............
