service tax payable on warranty labour amount credit notes?
we are the bajaj authorized dealer. we have received warranty credit notes from bajaj auto ltd. Recently service tax audit party has came to our office and audit the our books and liabil to pay service tax, on warranty credit note amounts.
this is right or wrong.
please help us.
