We are manufacuterer and paying a excise duty on clearance of goods.Now we are going to transfer the finished goods from excisting warehouse to new counstructed warehouse.Also new warehouse is located in factory premises.

My query , is required to intimate to excise department? if yes, which documents are to be submit with intimation latter. Is required to submit a list of products?

if the new warehouse is a "warehouse" then you have to get it registered under excise as warehouse 2, and have dealer registration, then issue dealer invoice from warehouse 1 to warehouse 2

if the new warehouse is factory, then u have to issue invoice from warehouse 1 to factory,
