I want to start my Pvt. Ltd. company of flour mill. Could you please suggest me how can I start my company registration?

How much fund I need for registration?

What documents I need for DIN number>

What Documents I need for Company registration?

Please help me in this

Hi,

The registration fee is depends upon the Authorised capital.

For DIN, PAN is must and address proof is reqd.

For co regn you have to file AOA,MOA, Form 1,32 and 18.
