i m deducter and one of my deductee expired on 01-01-2016.....in this case shall i deduct TDS with deceased PAN?....or shall i deduct TDS with his legal heir's PAN...

Sir,

Deduct TDS on PAN of the deceased. Later legal heir can file the IT return of the deceased person ,after making a request on IT efiling portal under MyRequestList.

deduct on the pan of deceased.
