hiii guys. I m ca final student. today I was starting to read companies law. but I felt confuse how to start?. from where to start? how to make balance between old and new law.
should Hv to read old law's sections also?
suggest me? how to start?
If you dont have any problem with module you can start by purchasing or downloading new ones available on the icai website. Otherwise munish bhandari which might be available by the end of this month.
And it is not necessary to know the old sections.

But I also want to know about the sections which have not been notified yet.
If I m not wrong that new companies act scope is limited to only 98 notified sections and remaining sections will be from old course?
I am not sure about the sections applicable. Module as well as munish bhandari would specify the same.
One thing I am sure is
Chapter 8, 9, 10 and directors chapter is applicable from the new act.
