	An Outstanding Demand of Rs 2390/= ( AY 2016-2017 ) of one of my clients  has been raised by CPC BANGALORE  and  subsequently that  demand ( with demand response given ) was paid through net-banking on 29/04/2018, and further an interest on that demand of Rs 188 also paid through net-banking for AY 2016-17 on 02/07/2018. My question : 1) Should i  go for Rectification request to nullify that demand Rs 2390/= ? Or 2) Should i wait for final intimation order u/s 143(1) to nullify that demand ?   Regards.

If Challan is correctly paid selection demand payment code then automatically demand will adjust and u get updated demand status intimation on your registered email id. No Need to file rectification request.
