i want to start business of buying oil in bulk and pack it into consumable packs and sell to wholesellers or retailers (if i can manage distribution).....
i want to know the statutary(registrations and licences) requirements for the same... i hope i would get all what i need

In my view various Licenses to be taken in this regard i.e. PF/ESIC Registration, Vat/CST Registration, PAN/TAN Registration, if your products are Excisable then Excise Registration. All registration depend in your Business Activates
