If u are in receipt of the CS students journal but have not received any correspondence regarding registration, then u may visit your regional office quoting the registration number printed on the back side of the journal.In this case u may demand ID card which will be issued free of charge, to be posted to Main office for stamping + Letter(with your own handwriting) containing all your difficulties to The Director (student Services), The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, C-37, Sector 62, Noida-201309.
